What handmade production means for your order
Review a physical sample and record the approval criteria; a close-up photo shows detail, but it cannot establish dimensions, feel or consistency across a batch

- Agree color, finish, feel and acceptable variation
- Record quantity per design, sample charges, mold fees and packaging
- Confirm delivery address, shipping scope, schedule start and required documents

Can I buy existing designs wholesale?
Yes, existing designs can be discussed for wholesale orders; send the sample photo you like and your approximate quantity per design so we can confirm availability, size and pricing
Are your silicone squishies handmade?
Yes, our silicone squishies are made by hand; agree the finish, dimensions and acceptable variation on a physical sample before confirming a batch
What is the minimum order quantity?
Quantities are discussed per design; our preferred starting range is tens to hundreds of pieces per design, rather than a fixed minimum for every product; different designs are quoted separately
Can I order my own design?
Send a reference image or drawing and an approximate size; additional views help us understand the back, depth and details before we discuss feasibility and a sample
Are mold and sample fees included?
Sample fees are separate from mold fees; a new mold is priced for its size and design, and orders with several designs may require several molds; ask us to confirm reuse and all charges in your quote
How long does an order take?
Our current indicative range is around 15–45 days, depending on product size and quantity; sampling, approval, production, the schedule start date and shipping time must be confirmed for your order
What should I send for a first inquiry?
Start with a photo of the design you like and an approximate quantity per design; if you know the target size and destination country, include those too
Are the products certified for my market?
Certification is not assumed from a sample photo or from the use of silicone; tell us the intended use, age group and destination so the applicable requirements and available documents can be reviewed before an order
